I absolutely love this company! The initial photo review took a little longer than expected, but once we requested a change, it was made quickly and exactly how we wanted it.
Unfortunately, our original canvas arrived damaged. I contacted PixArt Creatives right away, and they were wonderful about making it right. Within a week, they had shipped us a replacement canvas, which arrived in great condition.
The customer service and willingness to make things right really impressed me. My only suggestion would be to improve the packaging to help prevent damage during shipping. Overall, I’m very happy with our canvas and would definitely recommend PixArt Creatives!

This was a beautiful gift for my parents after our dog Toffee passed away earlier this month. They were able to accommodate all of my requests and the end result turned out better than I could have expected! They captured their sweet essence perfectly.
I will add that I often had to message and ask for updates, the entire process was very stretched out. I had hoped to have it in two weeks in time for Father's Day, which they assured me would happened, but I received it almost a month after ordering it. The company was still responsive and helped with a shipping issue by reaching out to USPS when I could not. I would still recommend them, but suggest you account a month for the final product.

It's been almost two years since my sweet girl, Molly, passed. When I saw the ad on Facebook for this art, I was intrigued.
