This is now the third time I use you guys and that is be wise each time I’m so very pleased! This time was a memorial piece, my baby passed away in December and what better memory than to have him sketched like this. I absolutely love this company! The initial photo review took a little longer than expected, but once we requested a change, it was made quickly and exactly how we wanted it. Unfortunately, our original canvas arrived damaged. I contacted PixArt Creatives right away, and they were wonderful about making it right. Within a week, they had shipped us a replacement canvas, which arrived in great condition. The customer service and willingness to make things right really impressed me. My only suggestion would be to improve the packaging to help prevent damage during shipping. Overall, I’m very happy with our canvas and would definitely recommend PixArt Creatives!
I had such a great experience, figuring out the different positions and they were very helping as far as altering the photo how I would like it. They responded very quickly and were very nice to any suggestions that I had. I cannot wait to hang this up in memory of my dog of 17 1/2 years. This was a beautiful gift for my parents after our dog Toffee passed away earlier this month. They were able to accommodate all of my requests and the end result turned out better than I could have expected! They captured their sweet essence perfectly. I will add that I often had to message and ask for updates, the entire process was very stretched out. I had hoped to have it in two weeks in time for Father's Day, which they assured me would happened, but I received it almost a month after ordering it. The company was still responsive and helped with a shipping issue by reaching out to USPS when I could not. I would still recommend them, but suggest you account a month for the final product.

It's been almost two years since my sweet girl, Molly, passed. When I saw the ad on Facebook for this art, I was intrigued. I opened up the ad and since I knew the exact photo I would use, the process was so simple. It seemed to take just seconds to put it all together. When I saw the sample (before approving), I almost burst into tears. The finished drawing arrived quickly and I've put it in a spot near my desk. I cherished Molly and I feel the same of the picture. We lost our Lucky at almost 15 years. He was the best dog ever!! He loved his owner, our daughter, like I’ve ever seen! So when we lost him in February this year, and we also went to Disney this year, it was so fitting to get his Pixar picture!! And our daughter loved it, she said it looked just like him!! The only downfall, I should have ordered a larger one!
