Thank you for considering PixArt Creatives™ for your custom pet portrait needs. We take pride in our commitment to ensuring that you receive your order in a timely and secure manner. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy below for important information.

Processing Time: Once you have placed your order, our team of artists will begin creating your custom pet portrait. The processing time for your order can vary based on the size and complexity of your portrait. Typically, our processing time is between 2-4 business days. This may be longer during busy times. 

Shipping Time: After your portrait has been completed and approved by you, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. We work with print-on-demand partners located in 32 countries to ensure fast and affordable shipping to our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal service. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may be subject to change based on factors beyond our control. Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days within the United States and up to 14 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Customer Approval & Changes: If purchasing a physical product you will have the opportunity to request changes and eventually approve your portrait prior to shipping. PixArt Creatives reserves the right to ship out your order without your approval if we receive no reply to our email after 7 days. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.

Lost or Damaged Orders: While it's rare, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that a replacement is sent to you as soon as possible.
