Product Specifications
Premium Poster Print:
Our posters are made out of 200 gsm/ 80 lb paper weight makes it durable and long-lasting.
We use FSC-certified paper or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability. It’s better for the people and the planet.
Each poster is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure.
Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.
Canvas: Canvas frames are made of FSC® certified wood. When not available PEFC or equivalent. Our canvases have a 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2") thick frame. They are shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation. Includes mounting kit.
Frames: Our frames are lightweight and have a thickness of 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8"). They are shatterproof, transparent plexiglass and include hanging kit, to hang in both portrait and landscape orientations. Default paper is matte however semi-glossy paper is available upon requested. If matte paper isn't available, we will print on semi-glossy paper.
Mugs: Our standard mug is a ceramic 11oz mug. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. Mugs are shipped in sturdy packaging with double walls for added protection whilst your mugs are in transit. We do have other size mugs available upon request.
Pillows: 100% pre-shrunk polyester case and is linen-feel fabric. Contains a hidden zipper and has a machine-washable case. The standard pillow size is 18" x 18" however there are other pillow sizes available upon request.
T-Shirt: Made of a heavier cotton with a double-stitched neckline and sleeves & rolled-forward shoulders for a better fit.
Phone Covers: Phone Covers are available for iPhone and Samsung models. They have a solid, durable polycarbonate back and are made of a BPA free hybrid Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and Polycarbonate (PC) material. Biodegradable options are available upon request.

Can I preview before purchase?
Due to the handmade nature of our art, we don't offer previews prior to placing and order.
However, we do provide unlimited revisions and only ship your product upon approval in order to make sure you're 100% satisfied with the final art piece. We will continue to work on it until it's exactly as you hoped for!
Do you only draw cats and dogs?
No, we can actually draw out anything! We have a very talented team of artists that can draw out anything from dogs and people to rabbits, horses and even fish!
What if I don't like my design?
We will not stop working on your portrait until its absolutely purrr-fect! We offer unlimited revisions and only ship out your product after you are 100% satisfied. That way we ensure you are fully happy with the final art piece.
I don't have a single photo of my pets together. Help!
No problem at all! We can use different photos and merge them into the same portrait. You can upload up to 10 photos in the order page.

I absolutely love this company! The initial photo review took a little longer than expected, but once we requested a change, it was made quickly and exactly how we wanted it. Unfortunately, our original canvas arrived damaged. I contacted PixArt Creatives right away, and they were wonderful about making it right. Within a week, they had shipped us a replacement canvas, which arrived in great condition. The customer service and willingness to make things right really impressed me. My only suggestion would be to improve the packaging to help prevent damage during shipping. Overall, I’m very happy with our canvas and would definitely recommend PixArt Creatives!
I had such a great experience, figuring out the different positions and they were very helping as far as altering the photo how I would like it. They responded very quickly and were very nice to any suggestions that I had. I cannot wait to hang this up in memory of my dog of 17 1/2 years. This was a beautiful gift for my parents after our dog Toffee passed away earlier this month. They were able to accommodate all of my requests and the end result turned out better than I could have expected! They captured their sweet essence perfectly. I will add that I often had to message and ask for updates, the entire process was very stretched out. I had hoped to have it in two weeks in time for Father's Day, which they assured me would happened, but I received it almost a month after ordering it. The company was still responsive and helped with a shipping issue by reaching out to USPS when I could not. I would still recommend them, but suggest you account a month for the final product.
